Why morality is considered as a matter of highest conscience? Are we moral because we wanted to be; or due to thoughtlessness, or our cowardice or our low self-esteem or fear of the greater powers such as State and God?

I believe being moral is highly subjectable to one’s belief in community and communities are not preserved by Love rather by fear; boundaries of religions, imperialism, socialism and populism on the base of exploitation of very human nature are drawn and called as communities.

Therefore, being moral means submissive to fear which itself is not moral.
